What This Payment Plan Is

This is a structured payment agreement for the RTT Transformation Program with Best Life Catalyst.

It allows you to begin your journey immediately by paying a commitment fee, while the remaining balance is spread over a fixed term.

You are not delaying your transformation — you are choosing a structured way to begin it now.

Section 5

Payment Agreement Terms

By proceeding, you agree that:

  • This is a fixed-term payment agreement, not a subscription.
  • You are responsible for the full R3,500 program fee.
  • Payments will be automatically processed as per your selected plan.
  • Failure to attend sessions does not cancel financial obligations.

Missed Payments Clause

If a scheduled payment is missed, you will be notified and expected to regularise the account within a reasonable period.

Continued non-payment may result in the account being handed over to a third-party collections process and/or legal enforcement of the outstanding balance in accordance with this agreement.

Any costs incurred in the recovery of outstanding amounts, including administrative or legal fees where applicable, may be added to the outstanding balance.

Sessions

Rescheduling & Attendance Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules may change.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
  • We ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours' notice where possible to allow for rescheduling.
  • Missed sessions without notice may require additional scheduling arrangements and could result in delays in your transformation process.

Please note that while flexibility is provided for rescheduling, this does not affect your financial commitment under this agreement.
